Tom Langan
CEO & General Manager, Veradigm
Tom Langan is a senior executive with extensive life sciences, payer and data & analytics experience. He has more than 25 years of broad-based functional experience in sales, marketing, strategy and P&L management. Tom leads the Veradigm business unit within Allscripts. Veradigm is the new brand for our Payer & Life Sciences business unit. Veradigm includes our life sciences data & analytics and clinical research businesses, health plan, clinical workflow solutions and Practice Fusion, one of the most widely used cloud-based EHRs for independent physicians. Previously, Tom has held executive positions at Symphony Health Solutions and MediMedia where he managed their life sciences data, analytics and consulting business, market access and multi-channel marketing solutions. During his career, Tom has served as President, Chief Commercial Officer, SVP of Sales and various business development roles working with payers, employers and life sciences organizations. Tom received a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University in New York. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ, with his wife and children.
Andrew Weinberg

Andrew is Founder, Managing Partner, CEO, and Chair of the Investment Committee at Brightstar Capital Partners. He currently serves as the Board Chair of Likewize (f/k/a Brightstar Corp.) and QualTek. He serves on the boards of XLerate Group, Gateway Dealer Network, Global Resale, Texas Water Supply Company, and ERC, all Brightstar portfolio companies. Prior to Brightstar, Andrew was a Partner at Lindsay Goldberg, a New York-based private equity firm. In addition, from 2008-2011 Andrew served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Likewize (f/k/a Brightstar Corp.), a $10 billion global leader in mobility services including distribution, handset protection insurance, reverse logistics, buyback and leasing solutions spanning more than 100 countries and serving many of the major OEMs, carriers and retailers. Likewize was acquired by Softbank in 2014. Andrew served on the Boards of 13 portfolio companies during his tenure at Lindsay Goldberg. Prior to joining Lindsay Goldberg in 2003, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs in their Principal Investment Area (PIA). Andrew started his career at Morgan Stanley in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance. He received his MBA from Stanford GSB and an AB from Dartmouth College with a double major in History and Economics. He serves on the boards of CTIA, an organization representing the U.S. wireless industry, and The National Board of Review of Motion Pictures. Andrew is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is also a member of the World Economic Forum where he serves on the Global Future Council on Investing and the Stewardship Board of the Forum’s Platform on Shaping the Future of Investing.
Nadim Nsouli

Nadim M Nsouli founded Inspired in 2013 with the goal of creating a leading global group of premium schools. Starting with Inspired’s first acquisition of Reddam House, a leading group of schools in South Africa, Nadim rapidly expanded the group globally via a series of acquisitions and building greenfield schools while maintaining the focus on only having the best schools around the world as part of the group. Prior to founding Inspired, Nadim was a partner at Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm with $40 billion under management. Nadim was also a member of Providence’s Global Investment Committee and led Providence’s Education investment efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Providence in 2006, Nadim was the European head of The Gores Group, a special situations private equity fund based in Los Angeles. Previously, Nadim was a member of the media and telecommunications investment banking teams of Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan in London. Nadim started his career in New York as a corporate lawyer at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. Nadim received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD with distinction, a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University.
